The structure is the hardest thing to picture from a quotation and the most expensive to get wrong. Tell us the ground you have and we plan the span, the poles and the drapes with you before anything goes up.
Straight answers.
- Do I need my venue’s measurements?
- No. Photograph the room and place pieces against what you can see. If you do have the dimensions, the measured floor planner works to the metre and checks the clearances for you.
- Is this a marketplace?
- No. There are no third-party sellers here. Everything you can place comes from our own warehouse in Hyderabad. Our team is photographing every piece; until a piece is photographed, you see an illustration of it.
- Can I change my mind?
- A design stays yours to edit until you reserve it. Reserving holds the stock for thirty minutes while you pay, and only a verified payment confirms the order.
- What happens after I book?
- The same screen follows the order through preparation, dispatch, delivery and collection, so you are never guessing where your chairs are the week of the wedding.
- Can we work with our own florist?
- Yes. The vase is ours and stays with the table; the arrangement inside it can come from our florist or from yours. Either way it is priced separately from the hire.
